Stephen Bull gives a small glimpse of how all the major belligerents fought in built up areas during WWII. The book gives examples of tactics used in the battle for Stalingrad, Warsaw and other bloody conflicts. From breaching tactics to how to peer around corners, this book briefly exposes the reader to the constant and unseen dangers that can be found in street fighting. Just like most Osprey books, they are limited in their length but they give the reader a place to start in the topic with a very helpful bibliography for more detailed works.
